Volunteer with the Free Store

We are always accepting new volunteers! We have a variety of shifts available, including weekly store hours, cleaning and prepping for the upcoming week, as well as regular community events for our store volunteer team. To start, fill out the form below, and our volunteer coordinator will reach out to you!

Door (talking with customers, checking people in, handing out bags/essentials cards)

Shopping Floor (picking up clothing, straightening shelves, collecting hangers, restocking clothing)

Essentials Counter (packing bags of essentials for customers, calling out people's names, asking followup questions to customers)

Sorting and/or Hanging Clothing (sorting clothing into bins, hanging clothing to go out on the floor)

Helping people bring in donations (keeping an eye on the back door, offering to help people bring in donations)

Outside tasks (keeping an eye on the parking lot, picking up trash)
